How does it work?
- Contact us to get a Return Merchandise (RMA) number. This must be written on the outside of your package. If you fail to get a RMA number or it is not clearly written on the package, the item will returned to the sender.
- Securely package your jewelry in its original packaging. Please be sure to include all the original documentation and, if possible, a photocopy of the original invoice. This is especially important with regard to the diamond lab certificate. If you do not return this item, we will have to send the diamond for additional certification and you will be liable for the $150 dollar fee.
- We highly recommend placing the item, wrapped in tissue paper, bubble wrap or microfiber, into a double box and then wrap it with good quality wrapping paper. Take especial care to seal all seams with a layer of sellotatpe.
- Address the package clearly. Do not write anything on the package that could indicate that it contains diamonds! Do not forget to add the RMA number issued by our service department.
- Send the package, fully insured, either via registered mail or a well-known and reputable shipping company such as FedEx. Make sure that you have a tracking number and request that you be notified when the parcel has been delivered. Please note that FedEx and UPS do not provide insurance for articles of over $500 value.
- As soon as we receive your package, our Quality Control department will examine the piece. Should the piece be damaged in any way, if it has been altered by anybody other than Jordan River Diamonds or show signs of wear then, regrettably, we cannot accept its return.
- Please be aware that diamond rings cannot be returned as they have been made to your specific finger size. However, they can be exchanged or upgraded.
- Once the return has been approved, we will expedite your refund as quickly as possible.
