A: 99% of all diamonds have flaws and imperfections (inclusions). These range from microscopic to highly visible and all effect a cut diamonds brilliance and its value. Clarity enhanced diamond are 100% genuine diamonds with minor flaws that are almost imperceptible to the naked eye. Such a diamond undergoes a highly advanced technological process which allows the light to pass through the diamond as if the imperfections don’t exist. Essentially, they are rendered invisible. Q: Do your diamonds have a gemological lab certificate?

A: Yes they do. This is yet another guarantee of the quality of the diamonds we use in our jewelry and your guarantee that you are getting the diamond you paid for.

Q: What does it mean if a diamond is “laser inscribed”?

A: A diamond is an extremely valuable object. The gemological certificate provided with all of our diamonds is each stone’s unique ID card. As an extra precaution, all of our diamonds have the gemological certificate number inscribed on the diamond. If your diamond is lost or stolen, this number can be used to identify it when returned to you. The number is invisible to the naked eye and in no way affects the diamond’s brilliance or its value.

Q: Can I pay in installments?

A: Credit payments are possible when you pay with your credit card. We also offer a layaway program that allows you place a 20% deposit on the jewelry of your choice and then complete payment within two months. Once payment has been completed, we automatically ship your purchase to you.

Q: Are your diamonds conflict free?

A: Yes - All of our rough diamonds are guaranteed to be conflict free.

Q: How can I clean my diamond jewelry?
